FMS was the EMI/RFI consultant for the US Army’s Medical Research Institute for chemical Defense (USAMRICD). The 520,000-square-foot facility was designed for the development, testing, and evaluation of medical treatments and materials. The facility will house a broad range of electrophysiology laboratories and imaging suites (including MR, EM) which require very stringent environmental conditions.
FMS’ services included full spectrum (DC, AC & RF) site analysis, computer modeling of the various EMF sources (overhead transmission lined-facility distribution system) and provided mitigation recommendations for the facility.
Over its 20 years, FMS has successfully completed hundreds of EMI projects which included a diverse range of consulting and mitigation services.
